Assam registers 4 more deaths including 1 from Cachar due to COVID-19 on Thursday

Dec. 25: On Thursday, four more persons lost their lives in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 1033. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The four deceased were identified as:

• Gopal Sah (68) of Tinsukia
• Tulokhi Saikia (58) of Kamrup Metro
• Satnam Singh (73) of Cachar
• Upendra Narayan Verma (52) of Kamrup.
