Assam registers 3 more deaths due to COVID-19 on Wednesday, toll reaches 969

Nov. 18: On Wednesday, another 3 persons lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Assam. With this, the death toll in the state has now gone upto 969. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The 3 deceased were identified as:

• Lak Nath Gogoi (62) of Tinsukia
• Anasur Hoque (14) and Mainul Haque (52) of Kamrup Rural
