Biggest one-time spike of 193 new +ve cases in Assam, total rises to 3285
Active cases now 2027 in Assam
June 10: In what seems to be the biggest one-time spike in the number of novel coronavirus cases in the state, 193 more positive cases reported from various parts of Assam on Wednesday night. With this, the total number of COVID-19 patients in the state has gone upto 3285, out of which 2027 are positive cases. The day’s tally on Wednesday witnessed a total of 235 positive cases.This information was shared by State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet at 11.40 PM on Wednesday. The minister, however, did not provide the district-wise break up of these 193 new positive cases.
