YASE condoles death of veteran journalist Pijush Kanti Das

June 8: Eminent journalist & social activist Pijush Kanti Das passes away on 27 May, 2020. His demise was mourned by various individuals, organisations including Youths Against Social Evils (YASE). On Sunday, a delegation of YASE visited the residence of the recently deceased journalist and social activist and handed over a message of condolence to Sinjini, the daughter of late Pijush Kanti Das.

Present there were YASE President of Central Committee Sanjeev Roy, General Secretary Abdul Mukith Laskar, Dinesh Kahar, Sandip Shi and Fagun Ruhidas. Later on expressing his views, Sanjeev Roy said, “Pijushda was a respected journalist and a true guide of YASE. His death has created a great void.”
