39 patients discharged in Assam including 1 from SMCH, active cases now 1648

June 5: A total of 39 patients were discharged from various hospitals in Assam. On Friday, sharing this information in his twitter handle, State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed that as of now 498 persons were discharged after testing negative twice for COVID-19. At present out of 2153 coronavirus cases in Assam, 1648 are active. Here is the break-up of the 39 patients who were discharged on Friday afternoon: 

• 13 discharged from MMCH
• 11 discharged from TMCH
• 06 discharged from Golaghat CH
• 05 discharged from JMCH
• 03 discharged from AMCH
• 01 discharged from SMCH
