COVID-19: Tripura postpones again pending Board exams of Class X & XII
June 1: The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has postponed the pending papers of Class 10 and 12 board exams supposed to start from June 5 in view of lockdown in containment zones till June 30. This is for the second time, the exams have been postponed due to the lockdown. Last month, the Tripura government had rescheduled papers of the postponed exams. The exams were to be held from June 5 to June 11.
Prior to the first phase of the lockdown, exams for many papers were held while many could not be completed. “We are yet to decide the next schedule for these papers,” said Tripura Board of Secondary Education president Bhabatosh Saha on Monday.
With examination dates being postponed for the second time, Class 10 and 12 students will have to wait for the board to release the fresh exams dates.
