way2barak, July 30: The Public Works department (PWD) of Assam’s Dholai & Sonai Territorial Road Division has taken steps to address the deteriorating condition of RCC Bridge No. 1/1 over river chailta on the Amraghat PWD road to Jurkhal Ferryghat.

Executive Engineer, PWD Silchar responded to a letter from the Chief Engineer regarding the urgent need for action.
