ডিভোর্স মামলায় আদালতে হাজির আজাদ খান
APSC Topper’s husband appears in court in a divorce suit

২৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি : এপিএসসি টপার মারিয়া তানিমের ডিভোর্স মামলায় বুধবার আদালতে হাজির হয়েছেন তাঁর স্বামী আজাদ খান। আদালতে হাজির হয়ে আজাদ অভিযোগ করেন, শ্বশুর-শাশুড়ির চক্রান্তে তাঁর ওপর মামলা করা হয়েছে। তিনি এও বলেন, এখনও তিনি ভাবেন মারিয়া আবার তাঁর সঙ্গে সংসার করবেন। মারিয়ার সঙ্গে এ নিয়ে তাঁর কোনও সংঘাত হয়নি।

তিনি বলেন, মারিয়া আজ না হলেও ১০ বছর পরেও তারই হবে। প্রসঙ্গত, এপিএসসি টপার মারিয়া তানিম বর্তমানে শিলচরে কর্মরত রয়েছেন। তিনি আগে শিলচর আদালতে ডিভোর্স সংক্রান্ত মামলা করেছিলেন।

February 27: Azad Khan, the husband of APSC Topper Mariya Tanim appeared in the court in connection with a divorce suit filed by her. In the court, Azad Khan alleged that his in-laws instigated his wife Mariya to file divorce case against him. He further said that he still believes Mariya will lead a married life with him. He had no conflict with Mariya. He also said that if not today but even after 10 years, Mariya will definitely come to him. It needs mention here that Mariya Tanim is at present employed at Silchar. She has filed a divorce suit at Silchar court.

Maria Tanim, hails from College Road area of Lala town in Hailakandi district has topped the APSC this year. Tanim is the daughter of retired Block Development Officer (BDO) Kutub Uddin Barbhuiya and retired Science Teacher Ismatara Barbhuiya.
