Anupama Chakraborty is no more

Way2barak, 31March : Anupama Chakraborty, a wellknown resident of Ambicapatty, Silchar passed away today midnight (31/03/23) at 12.41 A.M at the age of 85.She has been suffering from various old age issues for quite a long time.

She was a retired U.D assistant of D.C Office,Cachar and she superannuated from service in 1997.

She was the wife of Late Pijush Kanti Chakraborty who was the ex- inspector of Food and Civil Supply Deptt at Cachar.

During her service period, Anupama Chakraborty was admired for her sincerity, honesty and diligence and after retirement she involved herself in various social and religious activities.

She has left behind two sons (Pinak Kanti Chakraborty, Abhijit Chakraborty), daughters in law (Ratna Chakraborty,Suparna Chakraborty), son-in-law (Pankaj Saha), grand children(Punam Chakraborty, Probin Saha, Ankita Chakraborty, Prithwish Chakraborty) . ln addition to innumerable wellwishers. Her only daughter Late Aloka Saha passed away in 2017.
