Another wicket down! General Secretary of APCC Kamrul Islam resigns from party

way2barak, Sept.11: In another blow to the grand old Congress Party, its General Secretary of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), Kamrul Islam Choudhury resigned from the primary membership of the party on Sunday. In his resignation letter addressed to the party president Sonia Gandhi, Kamrul Islam stated that he quit the party due to the “directionless and confused leadership of the APCC during the last few months”.
