Lions Club of Silchar Ananta distribute 300 litres of water among 50 families at Ashram Road

July 4: Till now, many areas of Silchar are submerged in flood water. In order to stand by the families who are still submerged, Lions Club of Silchar Ananta on Monday distributed 304 litres of packaged drinking water bottles among the waterlogged residents of Ashram Road, Silchar. In total, 50 families were provided drinking water by the members of Lions Ananta.

Apart from distributing water bottles from a particular spot, the members of Lions Club of Silchar Ananta also went inside the by-lanes and other spots where many people sought shelter. The water distribution by the club members were done with active support of DFF.
