Snake bites Salman Khan at a farmhouse, discharged after treatment

Dec. 26: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was bitten by a a non-venomous snake on Saturday night at his farmhouse near Panvel in the adjoining Raigad district. According to sources, the snake bit Salman Khan on his hand. Salman was rushed to Kamothe hospital where he was administered anti-venom and after six hours of treatment, he was discharged.

Dr Jalil Parkar of Lilavati Hospital was specially brought in to check on Salman Khan after he was discharged from Kamothe hospital near his Panvel farmhouse. Salman Khan will be celebrating his 56th birthday at his Panvel farmhouse on 27 December. The picture of Salman with Dr Parkar, which is being circulated on social media, also shows balloons and other birthday decorations put up at the farmhouse.
