1 found Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Tuesday, 2 discharged

Sept. 7: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Tuesday, Hailakandi registered 01 new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether 12 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 672RAT tests and 92 RT-PCR tests were done. 02 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,879 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,444 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 02 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Monday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. Further, during the day, 3,035 persons were administered Covid-19 vaccines.
