Shilpangan & Gandhi Smriti to organise 2-day webinar on ‘Art and Culture of Barak Valley’

Sept. 3: A two-day national webinar on “Art and Culture of Barak Valley” has been organised by Gandhi Smriti & Darshan Samiti , New Delhi (Ministry of Culture, Govt of India) in collaboration with reputed art school ‘Shilpangan’ of Silchar. The National Webinar has been duly supported by Sanskar Bharati Poorvottar and will be held on 4 & 5 September, 2021 at 6 PM. E-Certificate will also be provided to all the participants.

The Guest Speakers who will deliberate on “Art and Culture of Barak Valley” in the webinar are:
