Marwari Yuva Manch Silchar Titans celebrates it’s 1st Charter Day

ওয়েটুবরাক, ২৯ আগস্টঃ মারোয়ারি যুব মঞ্চ শিলচর টাইটানসের প্রথম প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকী আজ রবিবার সদরঘাটের মিলনমন্দিরে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। তাতে অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন শিলচর মারোয়ারি সম্মেলনের সভাপতি মূলচাঁদ বৈদ, উপদেষ্টা বীরেন্দ্র গাঙ্গোয়াল, হসপিটাল রোড মার্চেন্ট অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সভাপতি প্রদীপ সুরানা এবং ইপিপিএমওয়াইএম-এর সহ সম্পাদক মনীশ কোমাত। সংক্ষিপ্ত অনুষ্ঠানে ১৬জন মেধাবী ছাত্রছাত্রীকে সংবর্ধিত করা হয় এ দিন।

শুরুতেই বিদায়ী সম্পাদক কেতন সিঙ্গুদিয়া অনুষ্ঠানের উদ্দেশ্য ব্যাখ্যা করে সবাইকে স্বাগত জানান। তিনি ক্লাবের বিগত একবছরের কাজকর্ম সম্পর্কে সভাকে অবগত করান। সভাপতি পঙ্কজ মালু গত এক বছরে সংস্থা পরিচালনায় যাদের কাছ থেকে বিশেষ সাহায্য পেয়েছেন, তাদের সম্মান জানান।

চক্ষুদানের একটি বিশেষ প্রজেক্ট এ দিন আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে শুরু হয়। কো-অর্ডিনেটর ধীরাজ জৈন জানান,  প্রথম দিনে ৩৪জন সদস্য চক্ষুদানের অঙ্গীকারে আবদ্ধ হলেন। এ দিন এই অঞ্চলের দুইজন বিশেষ ব্যক্তিত্বকে সম্মানিত করা হয়। তাঁরা হলেন কোভিডকালে প্লাজমা সংগ্রহে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা গ্রহণকারী মনীশ কোমাত এবং ব্যাঙ্কিং সেক্টরে সফল সুষমা শাহকে। শেষে রীতিকা গুলচার ধন্যবাদসূচক বক্তৃতায় অনুষ্ঠান সমাপ্ত হয়। সঞ্চালনায় ছিলেন নেহা সিংহল।

Aug.29: Marwari Yuva Manch Silchar Titans celebrated it’s 1st Charter Day on 29 August, at Milan Mandir in a very restricted way following all Covid protocols. The program was graced by Mulchand Baid (President Marwari Sammelan Silchar & Club Advisor), Virendra Gangwal (Club Advisor), Pradip Surana (President, Hospital Road Merchant Association) & Manish Kumat (Asstt Secy, Mandal E PPMYM) as Guests of Honour.

16 meritorious students who excelled in their HS & HSLC exams were also felicitated during the program. Past Secretary Ketan Singodia briefed the gathering about the projects done by the club since it’s inception. President Pankaj Malu in his speech talked about club’s journey over the last year & future prospects. He then felicitated various Project Convenors of the club who were instrumental in leading the projects in an efficient manner.

The club unveiled its ambitious project on Eye Donation Pledge today in which 34 persons pledged to donate their eyes including the Project Convenor on Eye Donation Dhiraj Jain. The Club also felicitated & gave the honour of Youth Icons to Manish Kumat (who did a splendid job on Plasma during Covid times) & Sushma Shah (who is doing exceptionally well in Banking Sector)

All the guests appraised the club’s effort & activities done in such a limited period of time & leaving an imprint on the society. The program was compered by Neha Singhal & the vote of thanks was delivered by Rithika Golchha.
