July 30: The Hindu Chatra Sangha strongly condemned the brutal killing of Assam police personnel in Lailapur by the Mizo miscreants and urged the Assam government to take stern action. A working committee meeting of the Hindu Chatra Sangha was held and a press release was issued on the basis of the discussions held in the meeting of the organization.
“The land of Barak has been the victim of Mizo aggression for many years. We have lost many kilometres of land in the past to the Mizo invaders.” So to address the Mizo terror, the Hindu Chatra Sangha demanded that the Assam government set up a permanent bunker on the Mizoram border as soon as possible. At the same time, dense population need to be settled along the Mizoram border so that such aggression can be easily stopped in the coming days.
The Mizo miscreants and police force’s misconduct in the inter-state border was an uncivilised act of a barbaric nature, said Subhasish Choudhury. The Hindu Chatra Sangha strongly condemned the Mizo people for showing hatred towards Assam and rejoicing over the victims on social media. In the interest of protecting our own land and the people of the border area, the police force needs to be re-enforced in large numbers with well-equipped modern arms immediately. The Hindu Chhatra Sangha also urged the people to come forward and donate blood for the treatment of the injured.
