6 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Monday, 6 discharged

July 26: Hailakandi registered only 6 new COVID-19 cases on Monday. Of the 6 positive cases detected on Sunday, all of them have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas none were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 69 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,728 RAT tests and 235 RT-PCR tests were done. 06 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,760 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,267 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 05 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Sunday. Till date 49 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. During the day, 3,290 persons were vaccinated in Hailakandi .
