97 tests Covid positive in Hailakandi on Thursday

Jan. 20: On Thursday, Hailakandi registered 97 (95 RAT & 02 RT-PCR) new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether has 491 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 846 RAT tests and 47 RT-PCR tests were done. 98 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 8,846 (1st,  2nd & 3rd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,927 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 74 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday. Till date, 52 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 1,463 persons were vaccinated on Thursday.
