7 COVID-19 patients including 4 from Silchar Medical discharged in Assam

May 20: When the number of COVID-19 patients are rapidly increasing in Assam, there is some news of hope coming from the state. On Wednesday, 7 coronavirus infected persons were discharged after testing negative as per protocol. With this, till now, 48 persons were discharged. That means, at present, there are a total of 102 active cases in Assam

• Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH): 1 patient discharged who is a doctor by profession.
• Jorhat Medical College & Hospital (GMCH): 2 patients were discharged.
• Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH): 4 patients were discharged

📌 Glad that 7 patients including Dr Likhithesh Das from GMCH; 2 from Jorhat Medical College & Hospital; 4 from Silchar Medical College & Hospital have been discharged today. With this, active cases count now at 102, discharged 48.#AssamCovidCount
