5 states which are vaccinating at a faster pace than foreign countries: Govt

Sept. 10: With the aim of vaccinating all eligible citizens by the end of 2021, India is leading the world with its high vaccination pace, stated the twitter handle of MyGovIndia on Friday. Sharing a graph, the Union Government stated that “Five Indian states administering Covid-19 vaccines at a faster pace than foreign countries.

The graphical representation stated that Uttar Pradesh administered 11.73 lakh doses (single day average) in September as compared to 8.07 lakh doses by the United Kingdom. It further added that the pace of Gujarat in vaccinating its residents is faster than Mexico, Karnataka is faster than Russia, Madhya Pradesh is faster than France and Haryana is faster than Canada.

With the aim of vaccinating all eligible citizens by the end of 2021, India is leading the world with its high vaccination pace!
