5 found Covid +ve in Cachar on Friday, 11 active cases in the district

July 8: The District Administration Cachar updated the Covid-19 data of Friday. As per the latest data, 05 person were found positive in the district on 8 July, 2022. All positives patients in the district have opted for home isolation. One person was discharged during the day.

As per the updated data, a total of 57 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) were done, out of which, 05 persons were  found positive, whereas none was detected positive out of 07 RT-PCR Tests. With this, the total number of Covid cases since 1 July, 2022 reached 11.

District Administration Cachar in a message stated, “Public is requested to adhere to all CoVID 19 protocols and keep themselves safe, as CoVID 19 cases have started creeping up again.”
