46 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Friday, 57 discharged

June 18: Hailakandi registered 46 new COVID-19 cases on Friday. Of the 46 positive cases detected on Friday, 45 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and 01 person was found positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 646 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 3,134 RAT tests and 405 RT-PCR tests were done. 57 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,338. As of now, a total of 3,223 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 44 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Thursday.

As of now, in the 61,589 persons have received the 1st dose of the vaccine (irrespective of age), whereas, 17,901 have been administered the 2nd dose in Hailakandi district.
