455 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Monday & 10 deaths registered

Sept. 20: On Monday, out of 72,650 tests, 455 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 5,98,423. The positivity rate in the state is 0.61 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 84 positive cases during the day. Further, on Monday, 10 more persons lost their lives in the state due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state reached 5,807. The recovery rate is 98.20 percent.

It needs mention here that on Sunday, 259 persons tested positive in Assam and 07 deaths were registered.
