437 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Thursday, 04 deaths registered

Sept. 9: On Thursday, out of 79,245 tests, 437 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 5,93,480. The positivity rate in the state is 0.55 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 71 positive cases during the day. Further, on Thursday, 04 more persons lost their lives in the state due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state reached 5,718. The recovery rate is 97.99 percent.

It needs mention here that on Wednesday, 427 persons tested positive in Assam and 04 deaths were registered.
