3rd attack in a day at Habiganj Ramkrishna Mission, MP Dr Rajdeep Roy condemns the act

Oct. 17: From Puja pandals at Comilla in Bagladesh to ISKCON temple, all came under the attack of fundamentalists in Bangladesh. Even the Ramakrishna Mission at Habiganj in Bangladesh came under sharp attack, where not only the temple and things therein were broken, but even the idol of Goddess Durga during the puja in the Mission came under the brutal attack of goons. Narrating the incident, the priest of the Mission said that the miscreants attacked the Mission compound at Habiganj thrice during the day when Durga Puja was going on.

Sharing a video of the incident in his twitter handle, Silchar MP Dr Rajdeep Roy wrote, “Stunned to see the Habiganj Ramkrishna Mission in Bangladesh.” On the issue of attack on ISKCON Temple in Bangladesh MP Dr Roy wrote, “Its high time that the Government of India takes up the issue of persecution of minorities and rampant vandalism of Hindu temples and puja pandals in Bangladesh. It has become a yearly phenomenon!”
