379 tests +ve in Assam on Tuesday; 473 patients discharged
Active cases 8,385 in Assam
Nov. 3: On Tuesday, out of 28,884 tests only 379 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,07,361, out of which, 8,385 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 1,31 percent.
On Tuesday, 473 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 1,98,039 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Further, during the day, 01 more person in the state died due to COVID-19, thereby taking the death tally of the state to 934.
