333 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Monday, 9 death registered

Oct. 4: On Monday, out of 50,424 tests, 333 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,03,295. The positivity rate in the state is 0.66 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 69 positive cases during the day. Further, on Monday, 09 more persons lost their lives in the state due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state reached 5,890. The recovery rate is 98.33 percent.

It needs mention here that on Sunday, 193 persons tested positive in Assam and 01 death was registered.
