300 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Wednesday, 6 death registered

Oct. 6: On Wednesday, out of 44,272 tests, 300 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,03,923. The positivity rate in the state is 0.68 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 69 positive cases during the day. Further, on Wednesday, 06 more persons lost their lives in the state due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state reached 5,903. The recovery rate is 98.32 percent.

It needs mention here that on Tuesday, 385 persons tested positive in Assam and 09 death was registered.
