3 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Tuesday, 3 discharged

Aug 3: Hailakandi registered 03 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday. Of the 03 positive cases detected on Tuesday, all of them have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas none were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 58 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,396 RAT tests and 146 RT-PCR tests were done. 03 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,806 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,324 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 06 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Monday. Till date, 50 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. During the day, 3,151 persons were vaccinated in the district.
