2403 tests +ve in Assam on Monday; 13 more COVID-19 deaths registered

Sept. 14: On Monday, 2403 COVID-19 positive cases were detected in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus cases has now gone upto 1,44,166, out of which, 30,458 are active. In a tweet, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “Alert ~ 2403 #COVID cases detected today out of 32242 tests done in last 24 hours Positivity Rate- 7.45% Kamrup M- 538; Dibrugarh- 183; Lakhimpur 182; Jorhat-175; Golaghat- 118.”

Further, the state also registered 13 more deaths due to COVID-19, thereby taking the death tally of the state to 482.
