2250 patients discharged in Assam on Monday, total discharged 99,073 in the state
Sept. 7: On Monday, 2,250 persons were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 99,073 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged in the state. At present, there are 28,798 active cases in the state. In a tweet, State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “2250 patients discharged today We request people to follow precautions & maintain hygiene to stay safe.”
Also, 2785 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Assam on Monday. With this, the state tally has now gone upto 1,28,244. Further, the state also registered 10 more deaths due to COVID-19, thereby taking the death toll of the state to 370.
