223 tests +ve in Assam on Friday; 642 patients discharged

Nov. 13: On Friday, out of 26,344 tests only 233 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,09,835 out of which, 4,799 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 0.83 percent.

On Friday, 642 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 2,10,068 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Further, during the day, 01 more patient died in Assam due to COVID-19. The death tally in the state now stands at 958.
