1918 patients discharged in Assam on Monday

Sept.14: On Monday, 1918 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 1,15,051 patients got cured and subsequently discharged in the state. At present, there are 28,630 active cases in the state. In a tweet, State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “1918 patients discharged today. I shall forever be grateful to Assam’s medical team for their tremendous team work!”

Also, 2403 COVID-19 positive cases were detected in Assam on Monday. With this, the state tally of coronavirus cases has now gone upto 1,44,166. Further, the state also registered 13 more deaths due to COVID-19, thereby taking the death tally of the state to 482.
