175 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Friday, 219 discharged & no deaths registered

Nov. 26: On Friday, out of 32,344 tests, 175 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,16,312. The positivity rate in the state is 0.54 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 92 positive cases during the day. Further, on Friday, none died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,086. The recovery rate is 98.56 percent. Also, 219 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 1,444 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Thursday, 142 persons tested positive in Assam and 05 deaths were registered.
