17 tests +ve in Cachar on Sunday, district tally rises to 10,387

Nov. 1: On Sunday, a total of 17 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Cachar. During the day, a total of 711 Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) were done, out of which, 17 persons were found positive, whereas none were detected positive in RT-PCR Test. This was informed by Dr. Ibrahim Ali Ahmed, District Surveillance Officer (DSO), IDSP, Cachar on Sunday. night.

With this, the district tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 10,387. Further, a total of 10,226 patients were discharged in the district as of now. Cachar registered a total of 37 COVID-19 deaths till now. At present, there are 124 active cases in the district. It needs mention here that 26 persons were found positive in Cachar on Saturday.
