163 tests +ve in Assam on Saturday; 122 patients discharged
Active cases 3,313 in Assam
Nov. 28: On Saturday, out of 23,927 tests 163 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,12,483 out of which, 3,313 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 0.68 percent.
On Saturday, 163 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 2,08,187 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Further, during the day, no patients died in Assam due to COVID-19. The death tally in the state now stands at 980.
