13 found Covid +ve in Assam, 309 discharged & 2 deaths registered on Sunday

Feb. 20: On Sunday, out of 1,939 tests, only 13 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 7,23,949. The positivity rate in the state is 0.67 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 06 positive cases during the day. Further, on Sunday, 02 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,631. The recovery rate is 98.83 percent. Also, 309 persons were discharged during the day. There are at present 515 active Covid patients in the state.

It needs mention here that on Saturday, 29 persons tested positive in Assam and 04 deaths were registered.
