1 patient in oxygen & 4 in ventilator support, no Covid death at SMCH on Tuesday

Sept. 14: The Covid-19 situation in gradually is gradually improving. There has been substantial decline in the number of daily positive cases. The last 24 hours (5 PM on 13 September to 5 PM on 14 September) did not witness the death of any Covid-19 positive patient at Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH). This was informed by Dr. Bhaskar Gupta, Vice Principal of SMCH on Tuesday evening.

Dr Bhaskar Gupta, Vice Principal of SMCH informed that till 5 PM on 14 September, there were 16 Covid-19 active patients at Silchar Medical College. Further, 01 patient was put under ventilator support and 04 in oxygen support. In the last 24 hours, 02 Covid positive patients were admitted at SMCH and 04 of them were discharged.
