1 found Covid positive in Hailakandi on Thursday

Oct. 21: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Thursday too, Hailakandi registered 01 new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether 09 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 443 RAT tests and 56 RT-PCR tests were done. No patient was discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,904 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,472 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that no persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 2,269 persons were vaccinated on Thursday.
