Class IX Final & HSLC/AHM Pre-Final rescheduled once again

November 23: After much confusion prevailing among the students as regards date of Class IX Final and Class X Pre-Final, ultimately the District Level Internal Examination Committee (DLIEC), Cachar came up with the routine on 14 November. As per the routine issued by DLIEC, Class IX Final and HSLC/AHM Pre-Final Examinations will begin from 17 December in Cachar District. The said Examinations will come to an end on 26 December.

But now, once again, for the third consecutive time the routine for Class IX Final and Class X Pre-Final under Board of Secondary Education (SEBA), Assam has been rescheduled. Though the starting and the concluding dates for the said examination has remained the same but some subjects have been interchanged.

New Draft Routine

Speaking  to way2barak, Prasenjit Bhattacharjee, Joint Secretary, DLIEC, Cachar said that there was no option but to reschedule some of the exams as because National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has announced that D.El.Ed examination will be held throughout India on 20 & 21 December 2018 from 2 PM to 5 PM. As many of the schools in Cachar district also has D.El.Ed examination centres, so it will not be possible to conduct both the Class IX Final and Class X Pre-Final and D.El.Ed. exams simultaneously. Mr. Bhattacharjee said that this has compelled them to reschedule some of the examinations.

Team way2barak wishes best of luck to all the students who will be appearing in Class IX Final and Class X Pre-Final examinations.
