01 test +ve in Cachar on Saturday, active cases 15 in the district

Jan. 30: On Saturday, only 01 new case of COVID-19 was reported in Cachar. During the day, a total of 918 Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) were done, out of which, 01 tested positive, whereas none were detected positive in RT-PCR Test. This was informed by Dr. Ibrahim Ali Ahmed, District Surveillance Officer (DSO), IDSP, Cachar on Saturday night.

With this, the district tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 11,452.  Further, a total of 11,399 patients were discharged in the district as of now. Cachar registered a total of 38 COVID-19 deaths till now. At present, there are 15 active cases in the district. It needs mention here that 01 patient was found positive in Cachar on Friday.
