Fire at Bandukmara, 4 shops gutted

২৭ অক্টোবরঃ হাইলাকান্দি জেলার বন্দুকমারায় শুক্রবার শেষরাতে আগুন লেগে ৪টি দোকান পুড়ে যায়। বিদ্যুতের সর্ট সার্কিট থেকেই আগুনের সূত্রপাত বলে অনুমান করা হচ্ছে। এলাকাবাসীর সহায়তায় দমকল বাহিনী আগুন আয়ত্বে আনে। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ব্যবসায়ীরা হলেন আহমেদ মজুমদার, দিলোয়ার হোসেন বড়ভূঞা, মজিবুল্লা মজুমদার ও সোহনলাল গৌড়।

October 27:  Four shops were gutted in a fire on Friday at a place called Bandukmara in Hailakandi district. It is apprehended that the fire broke out due to short circuit in electric connection. Fire brigade in cooperation with the local people were successful in extinguishing the fire. Those whose shops were burnt are Ahmed Majumdar, Dilwar Hussain Barbhuiya, Mujibullah Majumdar and Sohanlal Goud.
