গুয়াহাটি, ২৫ মার্চ : ভারত গৌরব স্পেশাল এসি টুরিস্ট ট্রেন শনিবার সকালে অরুণাচল প্রদেশের নাহারলগুনে পৌছেছে। গত ২১ মার্চ দিল্লির সফদরজং রেল স্টেশন থেকে উত্তরপূর্বের রাজ্যগুলোর উদ্দেশে এই ট্রেনটি রওনা হয়েছিল। গুয়াহাটি ও নাহারলগুনের পাশাপাশি এই ট্রেনটি যাবে আসামের শিবসাগর, ফারকাটিং, কাজিরঙ্গা, ত্রিপুরার ঊনকোটি, আগরতলা, উদয়পুর, নাগাল্যান্ডের কোহিমা ও ডিমাপুর এবং মেঘালয়ের শিলং ও চেরাপুঞ্জি।

ভারত গৌরবের মতো এ ধরনের টুরিস্ট ট্রেন এই প্রথমবার উত্তরপূর্বের রাজ্যগুলো সফর করছে। দিল্লি থেকে গুয়াহাটি পৌছার পর এই টুরিস্ট ট্রেনের পর্যটকদের নিয়ে যাওয়া হয় কামাখ্যা মন্দিরে। সেখান থেকে উমানন্দ মন্দির ঘুরে ব্রহ্মপুত্রের ওপর থাকা ক্রুজে চেপে পর্যটকরা অস্তমিত সূর্যের মনোরম পরিবেশ উপভোগ করেন। শুক্রবার সন্ধ্যায় ভারত গৌরব ট্রেন গুয়াহাটি থেকে রওনা দেয়। এরপর সারা রাত সফর করে ট্রেনটি শনিবার সকালে নাহারলগুন স্টেশনে পৌছায়। স্থানীয় শিল্পীরা পরম্পরাগত পোশাক পরে এই যাত্রীদের স্বাগত জানান।

Guwahati, March 25 : Bharat Gaurav Special Deluxe AC tourist train reached Naharlagun of Arunachal Pradesh on March 25. This special train started its Journey from Safdarjung railway station in Delhi on March 21 towards the northeastern states.

Besides Guwahati, Naharlagun this train will cover several city tours like Sivsagar, Furkating, Kaziranga, Unakoti, Agartala, Udaipur in Tripura, Dimapur and Kohima of Nagaland & Shillong & Cherrapunjee in Meghalaya.

Bharat Gaurav is the first such tourism train for the northeastern states. During the first halt in Guwahati, tourists visited Kamakhya temple followed by Umananda Temple & a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra.

This special train departed on Friday for an overnight journey and reached Naharlagun railway station today morning, March 25. The passengers were accorded a warm welcome by a traditional dance performed by local girls.
