327 new COVID-19 cases detected in Assam, state tally rise to 7492

June 28: On Sunday, a total of 327 COVID-19 positive cases were reported from across Assam. Out of the 327 cases, 197 of them were detected from Guwahati city in the last 24 hours. With this, the state tally has gone up to 7492, out of which 2390 are active cases.

Further, on Sunday, 274 more patients were discharged in Assam. A total of 5088 persons were discharged till now in the state. Sunday also witnessed another corona related death in the state. With this, a total of 11 persons have died in Assam after being infected by Coronavirus.
