To encourage the RSTC students, DC Cachar visits residential special training centre in Silchar

April 28: Deputy Commissioner Cachar Keerthi Jalli visited the Residential Special Training Centre (RSTC), Silchar on Wednesday. In the training centre, she encouraged the students for their wonderful performance in football and achievements. It’s worth mentioning that the football team of Residential special training centre, Silchar participated in the prestigious Pilik Choudhury football tournament under-14 and the team became District champions of Inter School under-14 football tournament after defeating many talented and challenging teams.

No description available.Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner said, “I am really amazed to see the raw talent of these students and with this they have defeated so many schools with their untrained skills”. I appreciate such talents and I personally thank Samgra Siksha Abhiyan for giving such platform to these school children”.

No description available.Emphasizing on the performance of the students she said “We must keep on identifying and tracking the deprived and the children from remote areas for helping them from District Administration.” While interacting with the students, Jalli said, “I will talk to the Sports Authority of India for upgrading the sports talent of the students and will extend all necessary help for their education and upliftment of the centre and at the same time I must congratulate the officials and staff of the centre those who are motivated towards their goal and are working hard.”
