Apartment/Societies in Silchar Municipal area to submit details to DDMA by 15 July

ওয়েটুবরাক, ১৪ জুলাই: শিলচরের সমস্ত অ্যাপার্টমেন্টের তথ্য চেয়েছে দুর্যোগ মোকাবিলা কর্তৃপক্ষ৷ অ্যাপার্টমেন্টগুলিকে জানানো হয়েছে, আগামীকাল বৃহস্পতিবার বিকালের মধ্যে সকলের তথ্য জমা করতে হবে৷

শিলচর পুরসভা এবং উন্নয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষের আওতাধীন এলাকার সব অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট-এর নাম, ঠিকানা, সোসাইটি এবং অ্যাপার্টমেন্টের প্রেসিডেন্ট ও সেক্রেটারির নাম ও কন্টাক্ট নম্বর উল্লেখ করতে হবে৷  পরে তা পাঠাতে হবে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বর 94016 2414 1-তে অথবা মেল ddmacachar@assam.govt.in এ ৷

All apartments/ Societies lying within the jurisdiction of Silchar Municipal area were asked to submit certain details to District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Cachar by 5 PM on 15 July, 2021. Issuing an order to this effect on Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DDMA Cachar stated that the Apartment/ Societies are to submit the information sought for either by email at ddmacachar@assam.gov.in or WhatsApp at 9401624141. The following information should be furnished:

1. Name of the Apartment Societies.
2. Address of the Apartment Societies
3. Name & contact no of President/ Secretary

The details were sought from the Apartment Societies in the backdrop of preparedness and response activities with regard to any sort of disaster with a view to safeguard the life of all the dwellers
