ঋণের কিস্তি আদায়ে যা খুশি করা চলবে না, কড়া সুরে সতর্ক করলেন নির্মলা
Nirmala warned in a stern tone that you should not act arbitrarily to recover the loan instalments

ওয়েটুবরাক, ২৫ জুলাই : ঋণের টাকা আদায়ের ক্ষেত্রে মানবিক হতে হবে এবং বিষয়টিকে সংবেদনশীলতার সঙ্গে দেখতে হবে।  আর যদি এমনটা না রিজার্ভ ব্যাঙ্ক অফ ইন্ডিয়ার নিয়ম অনুসারে ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করার হুমকিও দেওয়া হয়েছে। কেন্দ্রীয় অর্থমন্ত্রী নির্মলা সীতারামন সতর্ক বার্তা দিয়ে ব্যাংক এবং আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলিকে জানিয়েছেন৷

কিস্তি আদায়ের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক হোক অথবা যে কোনও আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান গ্রাহকদের ওপর জোরজবস্তি অথবা যা খুশি তাই করতে পারবে না, এমন নির্দেশ আগেই দিয়ে রেখেছে রিজার্ভ ব্যাঙ্ক অফ ইন্ডিয়া। তবে তার পরেও এই ধরনের অভিযোগ সামনে আসার ফলে এবার নড়েচড়ে বসলেন কেন্দ্রীয় অর্থমন্ত্রীর নির্মলা সীতারামন। এবার আশা করা হচ্ছে, এই ধরনের ঘটনায় অনেকটাই লাগাম টানা যাবে।

Way2Barak, July 25: Debt recovery should be humane and the matter should be treated with sensitivity. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has issued a warning message to banks and financial institutions. And failing this, she has threatened to take action as per the rules of the Reserve Bank of India.

The Reserve Bank of India has already given instructions that banks or any financial institution cannot coerce customers or do whatever they want in the matter of instalments. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has come into action due to such allegations coming to the fore. It is hoped that this type of incident can be curbed a lot.
