4 found Covid+ve in Karimganj & no in Hailakandi on Wednesday

Feb. 9: On Wednesday, Hailakandi registered no new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether has 26 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 544 RAT tests and 36 RT-PCR tests were done. 06 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 9,265 (1st, 2nd & 3rd wave).

As of now, a total of 5,710 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 03 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Tuesday. Till date, 55 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 745  persons were vaccinated on Wednesday.

Karimganj registered 04 fresh COVID case on Wednesday. The district has currently 36 active COVID cases, while 11 patients were discharged on Wednesday. 533 swab samples were collected during the day. It needs mention here that 05 persons were detected positive in Karimganj on Tuesday.
