YASE visits outposts of Indo-Bangla border, distributed sweets among jawans
August 15: On the occasion of the 73rd Independence Day, Youths Against Social Evils (YASE) visited the border outposts of Indo-Bangladesh border at Sheralipur and Bhanga. The members of YASE interacted with the Indian soldiers there and distributed sweets among them. Every jawan was felicitated with an Indian tricolour badge and a national flag.
Moreover, the jawans gave a hearty welcome to the YASE members and conveyed satisfaction for visiting their posts. Sanjeev Roy, President YASE central committee said, “The smiles of the jawans were priceless and we were honoured to be a part of their day on the prestigious occasion of Independence Day. YASE termed the programme ‘KUCH UMANG VIR JAWANO KE SANG’.”
Also present in the YASE delegation were Abdul Mukhit Laskar, General Secretary of YASE central committee, Prosanto Chanda, Dildar Hussain, Nanda Roy, Altaf Laskar, Prosonno Das, Ajit Das, Biman Sinha among others.
