Vehicle carrying contraband drugs seized at Dholai, 2 arrested

November 21: In yet another successful raid, on the basis of secret information, Cachar Police apprehended one vehicle carrying contraband drugs bearing registration no MN 06LA 2409 coming  towards Bagha Bazar.

OC Dholai along with SI (P) Dhurba j Bora and staff conducted Naka checking in front of Dholai PS and recovered 25 nos containers full of suspected narcotic drugs and one plastic box containg  suspected narcotic drugs which were duly seized  on the spot from the vehicle in presence of witnesses by observing all the formalities.

The department informed that two individuals identified as Paoneingam Sauntak and Nengkholhing  Tuboi of village Kabu Leikai, Manipur were apprehended.
